"Trust that God is working in you"
- When it doesn't look like God is working around you, trust
that God is working in you!
- God's purpose for your life can never permanently be thwarted
by anybody else.
How God uses time.
First, God uses time to time.
Secondly, God uses time to form character.
Hebrews 12:11 - No discipline seems pleasant at the time, but
painful. Later on, however, it produces a harvest of righteousness
and peace for those who have been trained by it.
James 1:3-4 - because you know that the testing of your
faith develops perseverance. Perseverance must finish its work so
that you may be mature and complete, not lacking anything.
What do you think God's doing in you right now?
He will work in our lives
Philippians 1:6 - being confident of this, that he who began a
good work in you will carry it on to completion until the day of
Christ Jesus.
God has a preferred plan for your life.
1 Corinthians 2:9 - However, as it is written: "No eye has
seen, no ear has heard, no mind has conceived what God has
prepared for those who love him"
Where did all that preparation get Joseph?
There's Joseph in that prison - forgotten.
The Greatest Lesson of All:
"Full and total reliance on God."
God alone has the power to lead you through
every delay, detour and disappointment that comes to your life.
Trust that God is working in you!!!
